New Feature: Income Calculations

Fortiro now automates income calculations from documents like payslips and tax returns, delivering an annualised income figure directly into your loan origination system.

A single, tailored, verified income figure using documents

  • Lenders can define calculations, or adopt a pre-configured Fortiro calculation, which will automatically run inside Fortiro
  • Data is then available in a JSON output with no additional calculation required to be performed in an LOS

Built-in name matching and policy checks

  • Run advanced policy checks such as documents are for consecutive periods, documents have a YTD period, document is most recent full financial year etc.
  • Borrower and employer name matching, validated against live ABN lookups

Variable Income, Deductions & Base Salary

  • Flags uncertain income and deductions from payslips, e.g. bonus, commission, overtime, allowance items
  • Detects base salary, net pay, gross pay and various other information from payslips
  • Translates and calculates a single annualised income figure based on a customisable method
